Appointments
All first time waxing and tooth gems appointments must be secured with a $15 deposit. A link will be sent to your email after booking.
If it’s your first appointment, please arrive 10–15 mins before your appointment to fill out consent/intake forms.
No show/Late Arrival/Cancellation
Any no show appointments will be charged 50% of the service price and will not be getting a refund on the deposit.
Clients 15 mins or more late will result in a cancellation and will need to be rebooked. The deposit will be kept and no other fees will be charged.
Any cancellation or rescheduling MUST be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
